This is “Sophie “ thought I’d give the Conte pastels a bit of an outing today. Haven’t used them in ages, I love the speed and directness of them. I think the eye on left needs some adjustment looking at it now. Will sort out tomorrow. On Ingres paper.

Sooo I found this unfinished Tiny Inklings piece Flying Pot-Belly and decided to finalise it. I had abandoned it because I started in the the wrong-coloured ink and had trouble with the paper... but I'm glad this little piggy isn't stuck in illustration limbo any more :>
