Ada pose practice!
Got a custom texture made for a Kirlia model. And i must say, i'm really liking to make these. Practice pictures like these might become staple for a bit, while i get more practice with poses. Hope you like

basically what i did was draw under it to create the 'skin' area, create a yellow tube for the torn sleeve part and then drew around it VERY VERY carefully with my mouse (painstakingly) to create sorta a fuzzy texture with the soft edged 3d doodle pen !! : ]

i've seen it has to do mostly with the texture the image has. Since the marker brush often works to make the aspect, and of course theres the need to not use things such as effects with layer modes. i tried doing something of the sorts once, it works similar for watercolor too

Pretty much, yeah! From the neck down, all the texture have the same wrapping; that's how most of the gears works.

Don't have a gnome texture at had, but here, you can see how the bodies themselves have the same layout, but the faces change.
