If the piece requires a good background then 1st (pic 2) bc need to set atmosphere. But if its character focused then last/during (pic 3).

u have no idea how much csp plants assets have helped me to reduce my maso pain in creating detailed bg TwT
maybe next time when i am free i will make a thread on my dl-ed plants assets that would help ALOT in these kind of bgs
