I'm Recently got "re-diagnosed" after being taken off meds as a child and being told I was just lazy. It's been much easier to enjoy drawing again and work on improving without feeling dejected.

making myself do art can be impossible at times, to the point of dropping it for months often, but when i gotta draw i gotta draw. It’s taken me longer to improve than it would if i didnt have adhd but im so impressed with myself for improving at all

I'm so ADHD that even before I was diagnosed it was an inside joke with people in my streams that I would hyperfixate on details. "It's just grass!!"
