It might be because Frieza and Buu are different because they’re standalone names, while Vegito is an incorrect combination of Vegeta and Kakarot, but it’s still odd that they never changed those

Also, while not Funimation, games still use Vegito/Buu/Frieza, Dokkan for example

Something odd I noticed:
Funimation seemed to switch over to “Vegetto” ever since DBZ Kai, even some closed captions for dub episodes said it iirc

I wonder why they kept “Frieza” and “Buu” though? Even in Super too

Vegetto is the correct way to spell it (and actually makes sense), I only use Vegito since I’m used to it because the video games and such

I’m not sure where Funimation uses it because they never really write the name out, but in Kai they did, while video games mainly use Vegito

Funimation refuses to dub Interspecies Reviewer, saying it's not Child-Friendly. Yet they wanna pretend like they didn't greenlight and dub the entire season of Panty and Stocking which was even MORE raunchy!

so funimation cancelled the dub for ishuzoku reviewers, but that's not gonna stop me of supporting the series so bless japan for continuing this anime, but i wish more extreme ecchi got an english dub since i'm a fan of that but gonna watch this in full subbed, oppai goodness! 👀

Caught up with Fruits Basket (2019)!! The Funimation dub is actually good!! The only real complaint I have about the re-dub is that I preferred Aaron Dismuke as Akito Sōma, over Trina Nishimura, because Dismuke’s version of the character sounded a bit more ominous!
