This is Vanity! She is an industry plant pop punk artist who is mean and bitchy on the outside. She only uses this as a shield to protect herself from rabid fans and her manager.
Like I know #vtubing originated in Japan and anime is literally 99.9999999999% of the industry but livers like @pumpkinpotion and @SomeClownGirl are way more interesting because they take inspiration from a bygone era in cartoons.

@Anodesu ONE is probably one of the largest inspirations for any artist wanting to break into the industry. I like my drawings to be a smidge on the scrunctly side and he’s a valuable example of sticking to YOUR style and not doing what everyone else is doing just for the sake of it.
