I tried to recreate this art with Ike's fallen sprite, but it was very hard to do. I hope you all like it regardless.
In the Japanese releases of Pokemon Red and Green (not the updated Blue and international Red/Blue) Koffing is depicted with hand-like fumes in both it's artwork and sprite, this not shown in any other media, outside of anime and tcg images based on this art.
Beta Tyrogue:
In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Tyrogue evolved at level 15 and was named Gongu, Japanese for "Gong." But he was later redesigned, renamed, & revised to level 20.

A new Patreon tier has arrived! With all the benefits of a Corrupted sprite, but with the added bonuses of getting dibs on comms before the public and access to PSDs! https://t.co/dmoDlgl3HI
Are these getting old yet? xD Another #dainapp version of a Jack Move #pixelart character. Smaller sprite, this time. https://t.co/8FyXEG89f5
Follow-up on this: It's not a Gold vs Silver version difference, either. Silver has the same Falkner sprite, and I'd thus assume the rest of them are identical as well.
Beta Jumpluff:
In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Jumpluff was originally named Wataneko, meaning "Cotton Cat." But he ended up getting renamed and redesigned for G&S's final build.

So here is the second Robot Master in my list, Detonate Man. Thanks a ton to @ArtKujo for most of the sprite, and helping me in my technique. Also thank you @Doom_Man_ for the help with the mugshot and also giving me some tips on my spriting.

@Lambdanaut I don't mind at all! Yes, they were modeled and rendered in 3D, exported as animation frames with transparency alpha.
The "ghosts" are one sprite, being positioned and resized. There are no libraries in Construct 2, but it's simpler than you think,
Beta Sunflora:
In Gold & Silver's 1997 demo, Sunflora was an unevolved Grass/Psychic Pokemon named "Sanii" (Sunny). But he was later renamed, redesigned, & given a pre-evolution.
