Love using mixed media and palette knives.

the colours make a great impact due to their purity. It would take practice to judge how thick the paint needs to be, how much strength to apply and the speed of the stroke as well as the direction.

This was a fun study. I think I did OK, but as far as style matching goes I think I did a little too much smoothing of my brushstrokes. Using myself as reference really showed me how asymmetrical my face is 😅
