Biggest for me would be Rebekkah. She wa sjust made to be a "could have been" for bekkie's original concept, but then she became just as beloved as main counterpart. From just messing around with effects and colours came my favourite story hook i've written thusfar. https://t.co/2exDzXco6o
Total disaster. The concept was somewhat interesting, but everything was handled in such an aimless manner. No drive. No passion. Ending was abysmal. Things just randomly happen. After finding out this was based on a video game, all became clear. This was a cash grab.

@GamesLiek For me it would be Leira. She started as a support character in a story I wrote almost 10 years ago (and was supposed to die early on), and after a lot of stuff (plus a redesign), she became an pretty important character and a co antagonist in my comic c:
