@springs_end_ As for me, I use these 3 brushes to shade things. Shading 1 is normally used as the "airbrush" aka the brush I'd use to set some sort of foundation. Shading 2 would be the secondary. Then I use Blending Brush to mix both together which leads to something like the 2nd image

@ortamaw Add little details to make the character pop or I just use a (sort of) gradient by putting a brush multiply layer and blending it to look pretty lol
