However, something people do not realize is that fanart is the best way to breach the gap between studying/practicing new skills/practicing storytelling AND engaging with something you enjoy/love. Ex: I could have sketched the figures as I saw them but what’s the fun in that?

btw I was pretty proud of this too so yeah; it pays to keep practicing and improving even if you think you're good because who knows, you might surprise yourself with how much further you can go
