A shader that produces something like this would be Lerp(texture*shadeColor,highlightColor, diffuse) diffuse is the saturated value of your cel shader.
In this case, shadecolor is red and pink at night, highlightColor be red and pale yellow.

I had FUN with the little bits in this one like Harley's tattoos, or the drippy/wet bits. And I'm really pleased with how Ivy turned out in the sort of desaturated colouring style I use for these.

I tried real hard, but it still looks sloppy and desaturated… Honestly, I’m no way satisfied with how it came out, but I can’t find it within myself to give up coloring (or visual arts overall). What a masochist 😂🤣
