Beta Gible:
A new leak of Gen 4 beta sprites dropped yesterday, revealing early designs for about a dozen Sinnoh Pokemon, including Gible. See my previous tweet for the whole Garchomp family.

Obviously a rather rough early sprite, but just about all the significant changes on the final are for the better, final is just a much more refined design.
When I copy the pixi library that #RPGMakerMV uses to a separate folder and just render the bunny dragging example code to a #PIXI container, it works fine: when I click on the sprite, it turns translucent while I drag it around the screen.
Beta Gligar:
Just 5 months before Gold & Silver released in Japan, Gligar's beta sprite was red and had six arms. But Gligar's design ended up getting changed for Gold & Silver's final build.

@GamingAlexandri Liked that sprite, so I made a recolor with the modern design.
Beta Wooper:
In Gold & Silver's 1999 demo, Wooper's original design was... pretty different. Gold & Silver launched just three months later, at which point Wooper was completely redesigned.

Fun and useless fact:
by boosting the saturation on this dumb monokuma sprite, you can see a duality between red and blue
I tried a few sources for Sonic's new colors this time around. The fur palette comes from his X-Treme sprite, his skin color comes from Vector on the Chaotix title screen, and the shoe color comes from TechDemo's Mars Sonic (both palettes).
Beta Grimer:
With an index number of #13, Grimer was one of the earliest Pokemon ever created. The biggest changes in development was the addition of fingers, and his new personality.

Learning a new style, so here's my first FFT-style sprite, decided to rock with Tekken 4 Military Hwoarang
It's quite a fun style to learn, but it's gonna take a little while
Beta Kingdra:
The original Kingdra used in Gold & Silver's 1997 demo looked much more like a Water/Dragon type than its final design. Maybe someday it could be a regional form.

Some TSR/The Witcher nonsense from the other day.
Samuel of Magnolia, the White Puma and Murdoch Alfred Pankratz Viscount de Byrnes.
(Bad edits on @ShtarFish 's CG and Murdoch's sprite, initially inspired by a crop by @ChubbyFoxQuest )
