She cut out her right eye trading it for an Eye of N'zoth, due to this she can't physically feel Pain. she's not human cause she is a creature o the void.

well i don't know if it counts, but 1) n'elvoth, an ancient creature of the void. their species is vastly unknown in azeroth and has no gender. 2) jerker, a spirit of death with no appearance hence no gender. 3) sheraden, a void experiment, nothing more than a living robot.
