palkia has a much more curved and smooth design, like how space is fluid like its water typing

dialga has more straight edges and is much more rigid like how time rigid like its steel typing

Also found Basaman's old design back from 2020, when I didn't know shit about anything lmao. He looks more injured, but too aggressive and that's not what I wanted. So I'm glad that I gave him more friendly and peaceful design, and more elvish(?) look now
