Interestingly, even after spending more time using pure paint as opposed to my initial technique of starting with grayscale and converting to color, the results are alarmingly similar save for better control over colors and natural brush textures. What do you think though?

the art is more Brickleberry than family guy. However... it came out when too many "adult cartoons" were coming out and using this... overly simplified style. It had a bad stigma at the time (the art style)
