Since 2018 ive been working on improving my backgrounds with a more defined sense of my own style, having to go through older work earlier I found this and compared it to my current work in progress and a piece I did 1,5 years later (on the right) ahh im still improving 😤

I think the secret to improving any skill is finding the kinds of practice that brings you joy, so you just want to do it and learn things as almost a byproduct.
