It seems Kakifly used the same/similar outfit references as Kirara Fantasia Mio [Valentines Day], but overalls-less and frills/ribbons mixed about.
So I based the colours of that. Instead of blue I did red-pink for Risa & purple for Ranka since that seems to be their main colour
