Tried out a new brush in clip studio paint and modified it resulting in this. I wanted something with color without having to line anything. Had Ayato on the brain from my previous piece but idk. think what you want.

After doing your sketch and putting your bade color, set a multiply clip layer above the base color and add your shadows ^^ I usually put mine below the eye and eyebrows, but it varies where your light source is.
