Hi more Nyx today lol. I designed her with the idea that the fur around her eyes would act as a kinda pseudo mask bc; A) theif/sneaky racoon .. makes sense, and B) she'd match the turtles.

I usually draw ‘em intersecting with a smooth curve, but sometimes tweak it depending on the expression he’s making. IMO, if he’s really grinning or something, it makes sense that the muzzle would kind of stick up a little. I think it helps emphasize the emotion. (bottom right)
