I go for duller, but still somewhat vibrant colors so I can use lighting and shading to make them pop without it being a eyesore

I usually try to go for a psuedo lineless style, coloring the inside lines and shading with either darker versions of the og colors or completely different colors (I never shade with black cause I think it makes things look muddy)
