First weight room work out since surgery. Trying to do Tuesdays and Thursdays, very light. Nothing above 30lbs and it makes me feel super weak but the unit doc says he will hit me, and not in the hot way, if I go above that.

The wrist extensions and rotations also affect the stretching of your elbows so you might want to do keep doing that. Also bicep stretches, both the back and frontal ones can help relief and strengthen your elbows and shoulders/upper back+ (yes I'm stealing pictures from wikihow)
