Started watching “The Dragon Prince” based on my dear friends’ recommendation and I kinda love it. Has a very “Avatar the Last Airbender” feel to it (which makes perfect sense consider who one of the creators and writers is). I was in need of a show like this today 😊

I spoke at a writers conference last spring and a student in my presentation went and got my book afterward and sent me some really cool graphics she designed of my main characters. That was the moment I really felt like I’d made it as an author.

i love how season 4's writers made bloom fight nebula instead of aurora even though it was in the middle of aurora's arc and literally on her frost tower. they knew a fairy who has the power to freeze the whole universe (aurora) shouldn't be played with. bloom would've lost 100%
