This is my re-design of the original Fulcrum SS appeared in Ace Combat 3.

The only bsnes CRT filter I've seen is one that is less of a filter and more about color space. It's called "Color Emulation" and tweaks the contrast/saturation (Off/On).

It's definitely interesting, and I'd use it more if it was available in my version of RetroArch.

Little known fact: Miko didn't start out with thick eyebrows. She got that design tweak after watching Futari wa for the first time.
