@rtmisseschibi @yanniq01 Hair takes me the longest hours too especially during rendering it. But I think it depends on your style I don't really put too much details on hair especially the strands. I don't usually do hair strands and only do the shadows and highlights that looks like this

@ark_evil02 Color the glow I adore and I love the curve of the eye that gives it so much emotion to it. The highlights are perfect without going overboard. Side note I love your mix of warm and cool colors without making it look bruised or muddy.
