@Lambdanaut I don't mind at all! Yes, they were modeled and rendered in 3D, exported as animation frames with transparency alpha.
The "ghosts" are one sprite, being positioned and resized. There are no libraries in Construct 2, but it's simpler than you think,

The first move does more damage than the other.
(15%/12% vs 14%/10%)
It also lingers for 44 frames as opposed to 12, and comes out 2 frames faster. Plus less endlag. Only draw is that its knockback is slightly worse.
Young Link's damage output is really high for some reason.
