I have a soft spot for hummers :3 As for today's bird trivia, hummingbirds lay eggs that can be smaller than jellybeans, and their nests are proportionally small. Nests consist of spiderwebs, plant fibers, and bits of leaves attached onto branches.

Recent demo for my adult learn to paint class on how to paint the figure using shapes of color. Even though proportions are off from the waist down, demo was to get you to think broadly in seeing your reference as color and shape as you block in the figure loosley.

I went back to fix and improve a couple pieces I recently made, after discovering how to move certain sections of the painting.
I felt the facial proportions weren’t right on Adam Driver’s face and by moving certain areas, I feel the the faces are more aesthetically pleasing.

Just finished my Aztec warriors for the Nickelodeon pitch. The Proportions are more cartoony than usual because the audience is 7 to 11 years. These are more like Disney proportions.
