The kid with the horns was originally sketched in to be an unnamed boy, until the color flats came in from my assistant and the kid was pink. We went with them being a girl and rolled with it. It doesn't really come up "directly" in the story but I consider Ashley's a trans girl.

PomuTori WIP report! I did the flats and some gradients on Kiara (to match the fact Pomu's wings have gradients)!

I kept thinking 'Kiara looks like she's missing something', then realised... sleeves. Kiara has sleeves.

Guess I'm drawing sleeves tomorrow lol

There are two sketch phases before I lineart. The first is my initial sketch (not pictured), the second is my final sketch (1st pic), then I proceed to lineart (2nd pic), then flats, then shading/rendering (3rd pic) 🐤✨
