@S0FTRESTART AAAA THANK YOU
IM REALLY PROUD OF THEM
I remember when I was first working on them like 5 years ago I had no direction for their motifs like at all
Cova's gotta be the character with the most changes since their original concept

THESE ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE
Decided to toss my hat in on the Rosemi outfit guessing game. I went with a sort of magical girl motif.

Bonjour Fam!
English is not my native language. But I had the chance to get this beautifully written text of Joanne Rush about my work 🙏🏾

« …The fragility of life is a leitmotif in these works, but so is its endless variety and shapeshifting power. »

Listen, I absolutely love his style and entire motif, and there's a part of me that really likes villains who aren't subtle but still radiates power and charisma. Also he can sing. How can I not?
@SThomas82126835 @metmuseum @JesseMLocker @arh279 @Luciferloo @PhyllisASears One final follow-up for all those who added to the thread: I just found another still-life by the marquise, and lo & behold it shows a (mother?) bird feeding her young. Perhaps the mother & child fly motif isn't such a far-fetched hypothesis after all? And with that, we're done!
I love the design that instantly identifies the motif as Egyptian!!😍
@Metaarksnft
The tall, dolmen-clad figure with indistiguishable face was a prelevant fantastic motif in the paintings of XX-century surrealist, Claude Bouregresse.
What's odd, the entity also appeares in one of his seemingly-undoctored photographs.

Looking at the mirror chamber, I noticed that NRC has a lot of rose and thorn motifs. Just look at this!
Diasomnia = Thorns
Heartslabyul = Roses
The character 'Taek' (LINE:Tac) has the motif of the MC of 'The Head' webtoon, 'Kim Gu'. His name is based on the author of 'The Head', 'Jeong Jong-Taek'.

I wanted her hair to look like one giant tassel at the end of her braid, mostly for aesthetics, but it also fits in theme with her design.
another thing to note is the very prominent Cloud motif, on her clothing and even in her birthmark and tattoos!

@snake_dad Krysalyne is pretty much my love of Sailor Moon and anime wrapped into one character, hence her long hair and moon motif. I've had her officially for 10 years. Here is her first official art piece compared to now! 🤍💙💜💖
I was looking at the survey skins with a friend and noticed that the color scheme and sun/flower motifs are very similar to this girl. Is it possible this is a scrapped color way that originally went to her? https://t.co/AOezadvwVw

I personally haven't seen lava lamps used much as a character motif (save Norm the Genie) so I'm proud to come up with what I did, even if it is more common than I know.
