The way Nasu and Takeuchi do action is so incredible. Fate originally came out in 2004 yet the action feels so raw and visceral because of the combination of art and writing. You truly get the sense that hero’s of old are fighting for the sake of their master.

Just read the first two chapters of this and, so far, I would highly recommend this book, really strong analysis on a subject that doesn't have a ton of writing. First two chapters lay out some good context for the cultural/social world of the various German nobilities.
