I decided to go back to the muscular, bodyguard version of Impa since this Zelda seems to be more gentle. Her design is a sort of marraige between her OoT look and the Shiekah designs that came in later games.

For the Zora, I wanted to play off the Olympic swimmer's body type, wide shoulders and extremely long arms. I also wanted to bring back some elements of the OoT Zora designs, and also the gills that the River Zora have.
