Him being in the left one is a stretch, but i think the 2 high points are the shoulders and the valley is the space between. If you cool below the skull you can see a place like this between the collarbones but lacking spikes.

HOW TO PUT SEQUINS ON HOT BOY
Step 1: draw translucent dress. This was done by filling the shape of the dress in with a solid color and then brushing away certain points using a transparent watercolor brush as a sort of eraser. You can see with/without skin layer.
