@VCR_WOLFE I haven't fully designed them yet, but I've had a mime/panther/bearded vulture poking around in my brain for a while (@/AlkalineGripes did some clean up of a very rough doodle for me lol) I should really revisit this idea...

They thought a lot how to compose the 5th anniversary illustrations (each agency's units in one picture). About Madara: they felt he's not quite yet part of the "ensemble" (being solo "unit" etc.), so he's not wearing his jacket and thus differs from the others.
