As a bonus, recently, I did draw a piece of Ellie and Chomp as well as featuring them as unlockable characters in a fan game that celebrates action-oriented platformers.

They remind me of Asha and Pepe and the setting is Monster World, so I felt they had to be a part of it.

I have been a lot on creatures untill my studio job where I mostly paint characters. Characters are more relatable and gets more interest from a wider audience than creatures. I wish monstruosity could be more engaging, as we all have a monster part in ourselves. Waddya think?
