For those curious; this outfit is an alteration of the Ephemeral Necromancer's outfit from the Final Fantasy XIV dungeon "Hero's Gauntlet." It gave off the whole regal dark look I wanted to go for when I initially was gonna class Lyneia into Demoniac.

kyu went through minor design changes in the final cut but funny enough hachi's design had some drastic changes from the initial concept sketches before i settled on what i was happy with. here's an old concept of hachi (kyu ended up getting shorter)

I originally had a more dusty looking version. I'm still not entirely sure which is better.

Of course art in a finished book would likely be black and white anyway.

Though I don't think this will probably be used beyond my initial pitching for funding and publishing.
