Based on the old photograph of her, cyberization started with her limbs and became more thorough over time (including brain implants per THON).

I find it hard to believe she got into trouble that often so I'm assuming she made additional modifications intentionally.

It's related to the lime ogre's grist drops
so it's never shown which grist specifically it drops, but I'd assume it's chalk and marble

but the crude ogres drop THREE kinds of unique grist (tar, shale, and mercury)

so this leaves me with a mysterious third grist type to uncover
