Her semblance work with using bits of her aura and throw it on enemy to mark and track them. She will gain speed to pursuit her enemy to retrieve back her aura. During this, her body would be vulnerable as bits of her aura can't protect her.
@kurtdekker @TheTrashbang the NES has a feature where you can tint the whole screen by combining emphasis bits R, G and B. If you time the rendering of the scanline, you can make this happen in horizontal bands, making the gradient beneath it seem more colorful
