After like 1 year and a half of never wanting to even look at gesture posing studies, mostly because of laziness
I got an impulse today and made like 40 of these

THREAD: A theory that gets thrown around in the JoJo community frequently is the "Star Platinum is Jonathan's Ghost" theory

However this claim is entirely misleading

While its a fun headcanon, posing it as fact is disingenuous and perpetuates the spread of misinformation (1/4)

Decided to draw Goemon but with a palette and stuff. Used the 'Subtle Melancholy' palette and got a chance to practice posing and hands.

First time drawing him also, technically.

Dolrit posing for a figure drawing class.

He sometimes says lazy thing; such as he wants to get money without doing anything. So, this may be the suitable part-time job for him. Just pose without any clothes...

Latest. Trying to find a happy medium between clean rigged character and 'pure sculpt' where I don't worry about polycount. This guy leans to clean rig, which made posing a bit stiff, I'll aim more to sculpt next time, maybe that's my direction. Still pleased. Learning!

I would have to say if you want to experiment, try drawing characters that are different than whatcha usually draw!!!
There's an infinite amount of character shapes you can experiment with! Maybe working on that and dynamic posing, it could help you fight those feelings!!
