AFAIK, this version is only available digitally and in Japanese.

does anyone know a good brush to use to emulate dry brush smears from old looney tunes/mgm shorts at all? closest i've seen emulate it with modern techniques is LTC and idfk how they did it digitally, it looks very traditional
