I was in the WordGirl zine and it was a great experience! My assignment was to contribute as a part of the yearbook group and draw one of the background characters from the show, I ended up being assigned with Katy.

all of them tend to have a similar structure like s1 lays the groundwork and is really goofy and cheesy but then you reach the season finale and its suddenly… depression

and then that theme continues throughout the show and there’s this spark of hope towards the final episode
