I think it's more commonly thought of as a heart and will most likely become the design (not a spade) as almost all besides these couple of images depicted it as a heart (both C1 & 2)

Many beg to have the Looney Tunes remain the same as TLTS.
They don't get that while these characters don't change, the world does. For every new LT show, changes MUST be made regardless to make it fit. If they're always like TLTS, it'll become tiresome. Evolution is inevitable.
