I tested some stuff and i followed a technique named " The loomis method " . It seems pretty useful for pulling off semirealistic faces and faces in general. Although i cannot say if i could or couldn't do this with my own type of sketching. I do enjoy learning new stuff .

In an earlier tweet I said Jim Farrant was American. He is of course a British artist, inspired by the American realist movement. What's clear is that he produces fantastic paintings. At least it's an opportunity to share another great work. Marvellous!

I guess this is it.this helps the light in the picture become the most vivid and realistic/alive (like the light of a sunset or dawn). I like to call it "delicious" part.

I really like these two (Baruragaru and Pariapuria), pretty much the only Frontier monsters I'd really like to see added to mainline because compared to most they look fairly realistic, I think they'd look great in 5th Gen graphics and lighting.
