"Garrett" was a proposed name drawn out of a hat, but the character was "Palmer" for a time. Not only is it a cheeky name, it so happens that there are many notable thievin' criminals with the name Palmer in actual history. Coincidence? (Pre-Wacom Concept Art by Robb Waters)

Mika. Local mutant and asshole. Leader of a gang that scavenges and sells bot parts and weapons to criminals. He's rude, disgusting, and very fighty. Constantly in some state of grumpy, he has a soft side if you know where to look for it. He loses an arm and an eye at some point.
