Doubt it, the spriting techniques look too similar to the GBA games, and really looks more like they stretched them up in an editing program

If the game's sprites had the same artstyle as the paintings it'd look so much better (which are actually hand drawn)

For those unaware: Yes, Tda allows editing.
HOWEVER. They do not allow their parts to be transplanted onto other model styles.
That means if the face and body isn't tda, you can't use Tda hair.

I also always have a bigger canvas when editing rather than just the size of my base sprite (I usually choose a random hs characters sprite for a base), like in the photos below (compare photo size in first two to photo size in second two, if that makes sense) (2/?)
