Which of these are from an anime? It's not a gotcha, but an opening to examine what "anime art style" actually is.
All these characters have roughly similar proportions, and a still image doesn't convey movement in a way that would reveal telling animation quirks.

it's not a perfect edit, (it's pretty sloppy) but its not her proportions, it's the way they're drawn.

@thespacedan What I do and may not be the best idea. Scribble and sketch out what I want the pose do do in my head. Then trace over it and edit 1000 times until it looks proportionate
So isn't the entire point of the Uzaki-chan anime the story of Uzaki trying to live a normal life despite her body proportions? So when people get upset about her body being exaggerated all they're really doing is proving the author's point in the first place...
