Over past 100 years, “chintz” has come to mean any floral printed furnishing fabric, usually made of cotton, glazed. Its origins as a hand-drawn & dyed fabric from India are often forgotten, but it is with these rare earlier chintzes that this book is concerned.

Here's some artwork from that first round of work. I did a whole bunch more for them in later years. They're inked with a marker since I didn't have enough control over the brush(pen) yet. I also remember using BOOKS for ref and only having 2 or 3 printed b/w ref pics per species

Something I drew for a while back :3

I found a printer/scanner near a side door/stairs at my dorm and decided to take it, since there was no sign saying not to lol. The scanner works great, so I'm very happy. :3
