Dig Dug was released into arcades 38 years ago today!

Dig Dug was manufactured 1982 in three different cabinet designs: a standard/upright, a mini cabaret, and a cocktail version. So much money pumped into this game as a kid

Cas Blitz, a dragon-half with wild strength and a burning justice in her heart. She can kind of breathe fire, has super tiny wings and can breathe bubbles a la arcade styled tiny dragons.

And now, instead of just highlighting the negatives - let's highlight some of the positives too! Despite some highly questionable skins released in 2019 (ahem Arcade Kai'sa 🤔) has definitely made some progress too.

That Speccy port was something else! It was the game responsible for me buying a ZX Spectrum again, a '+2' this time in 1989 after I'd sold my 48k Spectrum some years ago. As a massive fan of the arcade version as soon as I saw this game running on a Speccy it was a must have! 👍
