So for a resdesign of Melody, I was trying to think "what would be a good switch up?" and then it came to me.
She is a robot now made out of a liquid kind of metal.

Take your final drawing. New layer an add a color (if the sitting of the drawing is nigh add a dark blue or is day add a yellow) to the whole drawing. Put it to multiply and low it to 50% Now the colors “combine to each other” and to the ambient of the drawing ✍️
