If you want to scratch your Magic (or other card game) nostalgia itch, Inscryption is one of the best card game roguelikes out there with a compelling story backing up great mechanics.
At times it can be considered a horror game, so Kiara can count this as her punishment game :P

Plate Up is a roguelike similar to Overcooked, and it also can be played cooperatively with other people!
Peglin is a roguelike with mechanics like Peggle (if you've played that, where you bounce a ball like in a Pachinko machine. It works out oddly well!
