Much better! Every bone was named incorrectly, so the entire rig had to be repositioned and scaled manually...I'm done for the night.

Had a go at rendering a Quadstar and putting it in a random hangar I found on art station by seankernerman. Artie by is not authorised Tribunal flight deck personnel and should definitely not be there for a scale comparison.

I do use scanlines mostly to hide the natural blurriness associated with non integer scales, but I think I don't need that any more.

I think I found a shader that does the scaling quite nicely. You have to really zoom in on the output to even notice the blurriness of a non integer scale.
